Author of alpha cinnamon roll men and soft yet strong women.
My sub-genres range from slow-burn contemporary to hot-as-the-surface-of-the-sun erotic romance.
I advocate for sex-positive romance with a healthy dose of “consent is sexy, respect is romantic” with a side of steamy sex and dirty talk.
“It’s more important to make your children proud than your parents proud.” – Adam Grant
Once upon a time, way back in 2011, I passed the bar exams, and for a year I was the happiest little drone in the second-largest law firm in my country.
It didn’t take long for me to get bored and depressed.
Cue sitting on my couch every night, staring blankly at any available screen.
At a certain point, I started playing Chapters on my phone. One of the stories I played was the Dare to Love series by Mira Lyn Kelly, specifically the second book, Touch & Go, which had me running to buy an e-reader because if it was that good in a damn game the actual novel must be amazing.
Kelly’s books, and later Lauren Layne’s as well, made my brain light up on fire and all the characters always lurking around jump up and start yelling at me to write them down. Those two women prompted me to start my journey, and I often return to their books when I’m in need of an inspiration boost.
